Brian C. Graham, 33, of Kewaskum, passed away on Monday, December 5, 2016 at St. Joseph’s Hospital, West Bend

Those Brian leaves behind to cherish his memory include his father, Archie Graham; a mother, Karen Friets; two brothers, Tristan Graham and Justin (Andrea) Graham; a sister, Jessica (Steve) Groth; a nephew, Tristan Graham Jr.; other relatives and friends.

He is preceded in death by his step-mother, Julie Graham.

In Accordance with Brian’s wishes a celebration in remembrance will be held on Wednesday, December 14, 2016 from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Riverside Park Pavilion, 800 Kilbourn Ave. West bend 53095.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the American Cancer Society would be appreciated.
