To the loving family of Bruce...
Dear Debbie, Jenny, Amanda and your families...
As a former teacher in the Lomira School District, I discovered Who was Who in the Lomira area community as soon as I started teaching there, and had a ' car problem!.' I was worried that I had to teach all day and did not have the time to spend looking for somebody to solve my problem.
So, when I mentioned it to my colleagues, everyone said "CALL BRUCE BINTZLER!!" and this is the way I got to hear Bruce's name for the first time!
If you know Bruce well, I don't need to tell you that he went out of his way to contact me, went to the school to get my keys and car, and made room to repair it on his busy day. When the school day was over, my car was nicely waiting for me in the parking lot.
That was the first of many times over the years that this happened. I always felt very fortunate to have Bruce So Close to our school! wouldn't you?
As time went by, I kept hearing of situations and events that mentioned Bruce's heart of gold and his and Debbie's involvement in so many activities of goodwill and service to others.
A Really Outstanding and Loving Couple who have touched the lives of many people who now feel the sadness of Bruce's departure to a Higher Call of Duty where he will keep on with the business of caring and giving to those who need him.
Thanks for the Memories Dear Bruce!
With sadness and gratitude...

Lucy Dowling

Debbie, I will always have wonderful memories of you both. I am sorry to hear of Bruce's passing. He was good friend who I was blessed with the privilege of knowing during my 15 years in Lomira. May the Lord continue to bless you as you deal with your loss. All of Lomira will miss him. We shall all look forward to a blessed reunion in the glories of heaven. In Christ, your friend, Darryl
