Edward J. “Jimmy” Becker, 38, of Aurora, Colorado, passed away on Monday, June 23, 2008, at his residence.
He was born on July 29, 1969, in West Bend, the son of Edward and Barbara (Johann) Becker.
Survivors include his parents, Barbara (Terry) Hill of Aurora, Colorado and Edward (Youngsak) Becker of Redlands, California; his maternal grandmother, Agnes Johann of Palmyra; his aunts and uncles, Ronald and Karen Johann, Richard and Jan Johann, Claude and Kerri Johann, Gerald and Diane Schmidt, Jane Johann, William and Harriet Johann, David and Mary Neckuty and Jeff and Jennifer Funk; his step-grandmother, Christine Samples of Aurora, Colorado, many cousins, other relatives and friends.
Jimmy was preceded in death by his brother, Eric and his maternal grandfather, Marvin Johann.
A Mass of Christian Burial was held at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 2, 2008, at St. Michael’s Catholic Church, 8881 Forest View Road in St. Michaels. Father Elroy Pesch O.F.M. Cap. officiated and burial was at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday in the parish cemetery.
Relatives and friends called at the church on Wednesday from 5:00 p.m. until the time of Mass.
