Irma Emma (Schaar) Ogle

July 8, 1923 ~ August 14, 2015 (age 92) 92 Years Old

   Irma E. Ogle, 92, of Kewaskum, left the loving arms of her family at 9:15 PM, August 14, 2015, at Kettle Moraine Gardens in Kewaskum. 

   Irma was born on July 8, 1923, to Louie and Louise (Paulsen) Schaar in New Holstein, WI.  Irma graduated from New Holstein High School in 1941.  She later attended Fond du Lac Commercial College in Fond du Lac, WI.  She shared her secretarial talent with, Sanitary Refrigerator Co. (Fond du Lac, WI), Georgia Power Co. (Atlanta, GA), E. C. Livingston Co. (Paso Robles, CA), Oakfield High School (Oakfield, WI) and as secretary for the Donald J. Ogle Insurance Agency (Oakfield, WI).  She was also a long-time member of the Church of Peace (Fond du Lac, WI).

   Irma married Donald J. Ogle (deceased 1980), July 14, 1945.  Survivors include her four children, Nancy (James) Harmon, Audrey (Fernando) Salazar, David Ogle, Brian (Mary Ellen) Ogle; grandchildren,  Matthew (Jessica and 5 great grandchildren) Fehlhaber, Amy (Riley) Fehlhaber Logan, Audrey Louise Salazar, Stephanie (Jared and great grandson) Salazar Kann, Jennifer (Joseph) Ogle Sandrin, Kelsey Ogle; families of her step grandchildren: Mark Harmon, Jamie Gaspardo, Suzanne Larson, Jonathan Harmon and Laura Dunn; a special niece, Paula Charnicki and family (Scottsdale, AZ).  Irma is also survived by two sisters-in-law, Carita Fisher (Batavia, WI) and Gloria Ogle (Neshkoro, WI), as well as nieces and nephews of Dolores (Ogle) Peters, Roger Ogle, Carita (Ogle) Fisher, Jerry Ogle, and Mary (Ogle) Gilles.  Irma’s parents and Amiee Henze, her only sibling, also preceded her in death.

   Irma later married Stanley Gremmer (San Antonio, TX) on October 30, 1986.  Surviving step relatives include four stepsons, Mark (Elizabeth) of San Antonio, TX, Spencer (Sandy) of New Braunfels, TX, Greg (Diana) of Fredericksburg, TX, Jay (Annette) of San Antonio, TX and their children and grandchildren.

   Cremation has taken place per Irma’s request and a private memorial service will be held for the immediate family

   Anyone wishing to make a contribution in Irma’s memory can do so to the charity of their choice or The Salvation Army.

   Irma’s family extends their heartfelt appreciation to Kettle Moraine Gardens (Kewaskum, WI) for their constant tender loving care given to Irma during her residency there.  Also, a special thank you to Pastor Joe Brath (Kewaskum House of Prayer) for his weekly visits and to Serenity Hospice for comforting Irma throughout her final days.
