Jeffrey G. Hardt

Jeffrey G. Hardt, 52, of West Bend, passed away on Wednesday, November 18, 2015 at the Kathy Hospice.

Jeff was born on November 3, 1963 to James Sr. and Donna (nee Reseburg) Hardt in West Bend. Jeff worked for many years at the Christmas Tree Farm in Park Falls. Previously he worked at Kirchhayn Auto Salvage, Walker Stainless Steel Equipment in New Lisbon, and Serigraph in West Bend.  Jeff loved the outdoors, hunting, fishing, picking nuts, riding motorcycles and cookouts.

Those Jeff leaves behind to cherish his memory include his mother, Donna (Michael) Holderbaum; daughter, Sarah Hardt; two brothers, James Hardt Jr. and Jerry Hardt; sister, Jacqueline (fiancé Chris) Tackes; nieces and nephews, Angie (Christine) Hardt, Amanda Hardt, Jason (Jess) Hardt, Dylan (Chelsea) Tackes, Austin Tackes; great nephew, Dalton Tubbs; special friends, Donny, Billy, Chris, John, Dennis and many other friends and relatives..

He was preceded in death by his father, James Hardt Sr.; step father, Gary Mueller; and nephew, Travis Ziebell.

A memorial service in remembrance of Jeff will be held on Saturday, December 5 at 3:00 p.m. at the Myrhum-Patten Funeral Home, 1315 W. Washington St., West Bend.  Jeff’s family will greet relatives and friends at the funeral home on Saturday, December 5 from 1:00 p.m. until the time of service.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the family would be appreciated.
