Joan was a dear friend of my mother - Marlay - for many years. Even though mom had moved from West Bend a year ago to the Brookfield area, Joan faithfully called and sent cards after mom ended up in a nursing home. I remember Joan as well as she helped decorate both mom's house and her apartment when she moved into Cedar Ridge. Mom will be very upset when she hears of Joan's passing. Our sympathy is with your entire family. Joan was a very special, caring person.
