Karen P. (Scheidt) O'Leary

Karen P. O’Leary (nee Scheidt), 68, of West Bend, entered Eternal life on Thursday, September 24, 2015 at Kathy Hospice, West Bend.

She was born on January 18, 1947 to the late Albert and Doris (nee Liddle) Scheidt in Milwaukee. She graduated from Custer high school in Milwaukee and went on to Beautician school. She enjoyed bird watching & feeding the birds, word search puzzles, listening to classical music & gardening. She especially enjoyed taking care of her grandchildren. She will be missed by all who knew her.

Those Karen leaves behind to cherish her memory include her husband of  35 years, Michael; three children, Tracy (Troy) Krezinski, Donald (Mellissa) Czerwinski, and Michelle (Adam) Demmer; seven grandchildren, Paula Krezinski, Dylan Krezinski, Jonathon Wieman, Paige Czerwinski, Harley Czerwinski, Andrew Demmer, and Brody Demmer; brother, Bruce (Janet) Scheidt; nephew, Nicholas Scheidt; other relatives and friends.

In addition to her parents, Karen was preceded in death by her Father and mother in law, Andrew (Alice) O’Leary.

A Memorial service in remembrance of Karen will be held on Thursday, October 1, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. at the Myrhum-Patten Funeral Home, (1315 W. Washington St.) West Bend.

Karen’s family will greet relatives and friends at the funeral home on Thursday from 4:00 p.m. until the time of service.

The family extends their heartfelt appreciation to all the nurses and staff at Kathy hospice for all their help and care.
