Norman. H. “Norm” Tornow Jr., age 56, of Big Cedar Lake, Slinger, passed away Friday November 6, 2015 at his home.
He was born on August 18, 1959 in Milwaukee to Norman and Hazel (nee Lucht) Tornow Sr.
Norm was an active and longtime member of St. Luke Lutheran Church, Slinger.
He was a semi-truck driver for Gundrum Trucking, Slinger.
Those left behind to cherish Norm’s memory include his mother, Hazel Tornow of Big Cedar Lake; sister, Jackie (Ed) Landry of Sussex; two brothers, Brian (Peggy) Tornow of Atlanta, GA, and Jeff (Kristen) Tornow of Jefferson, SD; brother-in-law, Jim Hiller of Idaho Springs, CO; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, Norman Sr.; along with his sister, Sherri Hiller.
Memorial services in remembrance of Norm will be held on Saturday November 14th at 12:00 (noon) at St. Luke Lutheran Church (4860 Arthur Rd. and Hwy NN) Slinger. Rev. Matthew Short will officiate.
Visitation will be at the church on Saturday from 10:00 am until the time of service.
Memorials to St. Luke Church are appreciated by the family.
