Patricia K. “Pat” Abitz, 73, of Theresa, passed away on Tuesday, April 19, 2016, at home after a long battle with cancer surrounded by her loving family.
She was born on March 15, 1943, in Baraboo, the daughter of the late Everett and Violet (nee Hewitt) Voll. Pat enjoyed fishing for blue gills in Devils Lake and Crystal Lake, reading and watching TV shows.
Those Pat leaves behind to cherish her memory include two children, Barbara (Darren) Villeneuve of Campbellsport and Steven (Keri) Abitz of Lomira; three grandchildren, Devyn (fiancé Brittany Schoeder) Villeneuve of Campbellsport and Nathan and Jordan Abitz both of Lomira; a brother, Thomas Voll of Kewaskum; a sister, Pamela (Randy) Tennessen of Lone Rock, other relatives and friends.
In addition to her parents Pat was preceded in death by her step-mother Ardene Voll.
A Funeral Service for Pat will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 26, 2016, at the Myrhum Patten Miller & Kietzer Funeral Home in Lomira and Rev. Matthew Kiecker will officiate. Cremation has taken place.
The family will greet relatives and friends at the funeral home from 1:00 p.m. until the time of services.
