When I reported to Holy Trinity in October of 1991 I was delayed by 5 inches ofsnow and the councils(HT and St.B) waited until after 9pm for me to come. When I saw the farmer's tan on George's neck and being from dairy farmers myself I knew I was in good company. Fond memories remain of a gentle and principled Christian man. Fr. John Brophy

To the Hanrahan's: Not only was he tall, 5'13'', as he liked to say, but he had a huge heart which he shared with everyone he met. He taught all of us by following his lead to love ALL children from birth and we are so privileged to have had that chance. He loved God and his family, he loved his friends and his farm, he loved fun and song. He is what God wanted in a good man.
