Why Choose Us?
Joseph “Joe” James Boehm, age 30, of West Bend, was received into Heaven on June 29, 2018.
Joe was born on July 9, 1987 in the apartment above Shear Heaven in Kewaskum to Ronald and Darlene (nee DeBelts) Boehm. He was a West Bend West High School graduate whose love for his country lead him to enlist in the United States Army where he served two tours of duty, one in Iraq and one in Afghanistan. Joe was currently enrolled at Moraine Park Technical College with hopes of becoming a counselor for veterans. He was an avid disk golfer who loved hiking and simply being in nature. He loved people and he loved his Lord.
Those Joe leaves behind to cherish his memory include his parents, Ronald and Darlene Boehm of West Bend; his sister, Ruth Schloemer of Milwaukee; his brother, Luke (fiancée Stacey Guthrie) Boehm of Lomira; his niece, Claire Schloemer; his paternal grandparents, Gerald and Marie Boehm; paternal aunts and uncles, Linda Zweig of Fond du Lac; Bob Zweig of North Carolina; Bill (Joan) Boehm of Hubertus; Gary (Sandy) Boehm of West Bend; Judy Boehm of Cedar Lake; Steve (Mary) Boehm of Richfield; maternal aunts and uncles, Martha (Mike) Hovik of Santee, California; Dorothy (Thad) Houser of Sioux Falls, South Dakota; Eileen (Floyd) Dobson of Grand Junction, Colorado; Freida Sayler of Yankton, South Dakota; Marlene (Ken) Boggs of Volin, South Dakota; and many other cousins, relatives, and friends.

A memorial Service in honor of Joe will be held on Saturday, July 7, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at Kettlebrook Church (2378 W. Washington St. West Bend). The family will greet relatives and friends at the church from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service at 2:00 p.m.
