Dear Pat,Deb,Mike, and Carol,

Another angel in heaven!  I'm sure Cousin Phil is dancing with Cousin Marge right now.  He loved to dance and party.  At our wedding Phil had to change his shirt because he was having so much fun dancing and enjoying people.  At 1 a.m., he drove Jerry and I to Tennis Buick where our car was hidden.  (In those days people played tricks on newly weds).  We'll never forget Phil's care and concern...   He was a fun-loving, caring man.   We'll never forget Marge and Phil.      God bless you all and remember you have those genes.  So spread your joy.

Our condolences to the Schmidt children.  We knew Carol and Michael when we lived in Beechwood and of coarse Marge and Phil.  We had a lot of fun with the snowmobiles and the kids had fun with the horses, especially Pam and Carol.  Alot of great memories.  We send our prayers and at least your dad and mom are together again. Love to all.

My thoughts are with Phil’s family at this very sad time.  I have fond memories of attending family gatherings at Uncle Phil and Aunt Marge’s place in years past.  I always remember Uncle Phil showing me his prized Mustang car collection amongst other vehicles/collections over the years.  Even though the years have gone by so fast and I unfortunately have had little contact, you have always been in my thoughts.  Take care… Pete

To the family of  Phillip Schmidt: Phil was such a great man. He attend many of my auctions through the years. I recall having an auction for him up in Barton a number of years back. I also bought his Christmas decorations after your mon pass. He always told me  how nice they look when he drove by my place. I offer my condolences to the family at this time and attend the funeral. Phil was a great guy and I always enjoy talking to.

So many memories of Phil and the days we grew up together on North 1st Street.  We were about 10-12 at the time.  Gene and I, Rosemary and Ron all lived in Grandpa's house and Phil in the back house.  We five did lots of fun and fight stuff and grew to love one another very much.
It's many years later, and we've been lucky enough to reconnect again over the past few years over the phone and occasionally in person.  What a blessing to have the family history we have.  Your gruff demeanor was who you were; but your smile was who you really were.
Our sympathy to your entire family.  I know how important they were to you.  Rest in peace with Marge.
Many blessings and much love to those you leave here.  Doris and Jerry

Our thoughts and prayers are with the family. We will miss seeing Phil at the brat fray, and he was always there buying raffle tickets. He will be deeply missed.

"Our deepest sympathy to all Phil's family. I have many fond memories of when we were kids, living next door to each other in Milwaukee.  We played together
(and sometimes had a few arguments, as cousins will do) in grandpa's back yard. You are in our prayers. With love.
