Jean B. (Wood) Schultz

Jean Beverly Schultz (nee Wood), 95, of Wisconsin Rapids, passed away on June 4, 2023, at Cedar Lake Health and Rehab in West Bend.

Jean was born on March 15, 1928, in Evansville, WI, to the late Kenneth and Lillian (nee Rasmussen) Wood. She was united in marriage to Norman Schultz, Sr. on June 17, 1956. Norman passed away on March 18, 2018. Jean taught night school at Mid-State Technical College and worked at the JCPenney in Wisconsin Rapids. Jean was a gifted seamstress and loved sharing that knowledge with her many students in night school. Jean enjoyed being both a mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.

Those left to cherish Jean’s memory include her son, Norman (Juli) Schultz, Jr.; daughter, Sandra Schultz; grandson, Andrew (Katie) Schultz; granddaughter, Kristen Button; great-grandsons, Patrick Button, Charles Schultz, and Emerson Schultz; and great-granddaughters, Isabella Button and Madeline Button.

In addition to her parents and husband, Jean is preceded in death by her daughter, Cynthia Schultz.

A private family memorial will take place at a later date.

The family would like to thank the staff at Cedar Lake Health and Rehab, and Cedar Lake Hospice for their care and compassion during the last couple months.
