We were on vacation and so very sorry to hear this news.Al was a great guy who Bob bowled with many years ago and I remember one of my very first golf experience was with your mom...we had a blast..I used to see him lots when I was bartending at the VFW post and always enjoyed his company. Great guy and very sorry for your loss

Dear Cousins: So sorry for your loss. I'm so sorry I couldn't make it down for the funeral. Uncle Al was a great person, and had a great sense of humor. I know there's an old photo around here with your Dad and his sibs at my parents' 50th anniversary. There's Alan, putting bunny ears on Carita, with a funny smirk on his face. I'm glad you have each other to help you through this tough time. Will be thinking of you all.

Hi cousins, I just received a call from brother Jon about Uncle Alan's passing. He was lucky to have such a wonderful gang of kids to provide him support and happiness. It's hard to accept that he's the last of the Oscar and Catherine family. Just a quiet and thoughtful uncle...
