I and my brother Pat were specail friends to LaRene all through high school, at Elroy, Wi. We had so much fun together. We all lived in the Milwaukee area for several years after HS as well. We had some fun times there as well, including bowling on same team. I can remember going to her place & having some of her homemade Pizza which I thought was the best ever. Unfortunately, we all went separate ways after getting married, kids, etc. I did hook up with LaRene a few times over the years, but feel bad we didn't stay closer. LaRene was one of the most fun loving people I've ever been around. I always thought she was cute as a bug! My condolences go out to her family as I'm sure you all will miss her & her beautiful smile alot, as will I.

I would like to extend my sympathy to the family. LaRene was a classmate of mine and always full of fun. She was also the very best Majorette our Royall High School band ever had!!
When I think of the life of LaRene I am reminded of a Dr. Seuss saying: Don't cry because it's over, Smile because it happened!!
